Try to disable all of your plugins and see if your performance has improved. Lower the number of flight models to 2 per frame (on the “General” tab in the X-Plane settings.) If yes, then your computer has got too much scenery loaded while running the plane. Try an airport with less heavy or no scenery (For example PMDY) and see if the performance has improved. Try to bring down the number of objects, resolution of textures, the reflections, as they all have a big impact on the frame rates.
